If the renter cannot, does not want to, or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date for any reason, they must immediately inform the landlord. A telephone notification must always be confirmed in writing or by email to the landlord.
Full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking, provided the arrival date is at least 14 days later.
50% refund if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in.
No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in.
